15-Day No-Reason Returns

You have the right to return your order within 15 days of receipt (based on the delivery date shown on the tracking page).

Products must be returned unused and with all original accessories. If the product or its packaging shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value. If applicable, deductions typically range from 5% to 30% depending on the condition of the returned item.

Return shipping will be covered by Ajazz in the following cases:

  • Product has defects or missing accessories
  • Product does not match the description

We recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.

You will bear the return shipping cost in the following case:

  • Return due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind)

Since we operate multiple warehouses globally, our team will provide you with the most convenient return address based on your location.

Ship the Item

Before sending the item back, take clear photos of the product, packaging, and accessories to document the condition.
Please provide a valid tracking number and receipt within 3 days of shipment.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Returns Due to Product Defects or Quality Issues

If the product you received has a quality issue or visible defect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. After we verify the issue, we will either issue a full refund or provide a free replacement, depending on your preference.

Ajazz will cover all related shipping costs.

Refund Timeline:

Once we receive your return package and confirm the product, packaging, and accessories are in good condition:

  • We will process your full refund within 2 business days.
  • Damage that occurs during transit will be covered by Ajazz, not the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). It may take 1–8 business days for the refund to appear.
  • Return shipping reimbursements (when applicable) will be processed via PayPal or another suitable method.
