Eligibility for Return and Exchange: You are eligible for a full refund or exchange under the following circumstances:
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items. Malfunction or Serious Product Quality Issues. Unopened and in original condition products – i.e., in original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. Disclaimer: Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered and is not suitable for resale will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage caused by customers is not covered under this policy. We reserve the right not to accept returns for credit after 30 days from the original ship date.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@Ajazz.co.uk and provide the following information for quicker processing of your after-sale request:
Order Number Reason for Return Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label or return shipping address along with instructions on where and how to send your package. The replacement and refund process will commence upon receiving your returned product.
Note: Please do not return the products to the original shipping address. The return address will be provided via email after submitting the refund request.
Return Processing Time: Once we receive your returning package at our warehouse, it will undergo processing and inspection. Approval or disapproval of the return will be determined during this process. We strive to complete this process within 2-7 business days, and we appreciate your patience.

Refund Timing: Upon approval of your return, a full refund will be issued for your order. Please allow 5-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Please note that campaigns or holidays may affect the processing time of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Ajazz will cover the return shipping fees for returns and replacements due to product quality problems. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. The specific fee may vary depending on the chosen express company.
If the return is necessitated by our errors, such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods, the customer is not required to cover the return shipping fee.
Warranty Duration: All Ajazz machines come with a one-year warranty, including repair, replacement, and ongoing support.
Situations Not Covered by Free Warranty Service: The following situations are not covered by the free warranty service:
Failures caused by using a Ajazz product in ways not in accordance with the "Usage Restrictions" in the User Manual. Using a Ajazz product for cleaning non-household garbage like white ashes, sand, dust, and other materials. Use of a Ajazz product for commercial purposes or in commercial environments. Using a Ajazz product in environments with special adsorption chemicals, metals, or microparticles. Use of a Ajazz product in corrosive environments. Damage to accessories and consumable parts (e.g., filters, brushes) unless the consumable part was damaged due to a defect in materials or workmanship in a non-consumable part of the product. Normal wear and tear, as well as damage to decorative parts. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers. Damage due to improper use, maintenance, or storage. Products and accessories found to be defective after the warranty period has expired. Damage caused by improper dismantling by the customer or unauthorized third parties. Damage due to force majeure, including acts of God, strikes, epidemics, and other events beyond our control. Product failure or damage resulting from misuse or abuse, whether accidental or intentional. Prototypes Exclusion: Products purchased as prototypes, with model or serial numbers not following the coding rule for brand new complete machines, are excluded from this warranty.
